Denning, Dallin

This week flew by and honestly I don't really remember what happened but here's the stuff I remember!  We taught the Cummins yesterday at the church and gave them a tour it was awesome they loved the spirit that was there and now want to meet the bishop!! But she struggles with baptism she has already been baptized (in another church) and doesn't want to do it again because she loves her pastor that did it a long long time ago! So we taught her more about the priesthood and how you need to be baptized by someone who has the authority from God to be able to baptize. She understood that and it was awesome she told us she was going to go pray about it before she gives us an answer! Which is awesome!!    We also  had 3 bible lessons this week and man let me tell ya the people here in the south KNOW the bible which is cool cause we are learning tons from the lessons!! This week has been probably THE best week out here in South Carolina!! Here are some highlights of each of my days!! Tuesday- zone conference which was awesome our new president is super spiritual and its sweet he talked about how we need to constantly be converting ourselves he told us his conversation story and how we are out here to be instruments in the lords hands! And bring people to Christ! Wednesday-we did service with a member laying sod it was super hot and I got really dirty, but it definitely is nice to get out of our house  Thursday- we did service again with another member moved sticks and a couple big trees out of his yard and drove them to his house so he can burn them! Friday- we did more service with members moved windows and put up cabinets for them!!  Sat- we finished putting up cabinets and helped his neighbors put in a deep freezer we also had a lesson with sister and brother Cummins we got to know them a lot better and found out they have known the missi...

This week was good it went by pretty fast!!! Tuesday, we had District council which I love because we get to hang with the missionaries in our District and share experiences and miracles!!  Which we had a couple this week!! On Wednesday our bishop reached out to us and gave us a long list of inactive members to reach out to! He was also having us update LDS tools for him!! So that's been keeping us busy!! Thursday, we went to an investors house and did some service for them. They needed help building a greenhouse they had purchased!! And dang that was frustrating he didn't have a lot of the pieces and the instructions were crazy confusing!! But we figured it out!! Friday and Saturday, we did lots of Facebook finding and reached out to more members for the bishop! This week was long probably one of the longest weeks I've had on the mission! We got a new president and he is super spiritual I love it!! He speaks with the spirit all the time which is super cool!!! But there was a spike in covid so we are back in to strict quarantine so we are using facebook to its fullest!!!    The fourth of july was okay we had a curfew at 6 so we didn't really see any fireworks but we definitely heard them....all night hahah but we got some cool hats that say merica and they are dope but other than that if felt like a normal day!!    And that was my week!!    I hope you all had a good 4th!   This week I have been reading in Alma and  Verse that stood out to me this was chapter 36:1 My son, give ear to my words; for I swear unto you, that inasmuch as ye shall keep the commandments of God ye shall prosper in the land.   I know as your read the scriptures, listen to the lord and keep his commandments you will be bless...
