Rely On Faith Not Miracles!

Hey yall 

 

This week was probably the best week so far on the mission!!! Because we had zone conference and man I loved it! 

Tuesday we laid sod again for one of the members! It had rained the night before so it was all muddy and super hard I wouldn't recommend laying sod In mud that's knee deep!! We also helped out at food for the soul with the bishop's wife she works there but they need volunteers all the time to help had out food! 

Wednesday we had zone conference and man I loved it our new president, president Monson talked about how to feel the spirit and taught us all ways you can feel the holy ghost! Its helped me recognize the spirit evem more! And our zone leaders talked about burning our ships and how we cant and should take failure as an option! Or else all we will do is fail!!

Thursday we went to a members house and had a lesson on their back porch it was super cool we had planned what we were going to share before had but we put their son who's about to go on a mission to share something also and it was right on line with what we had planned! It was the coolest feeling and the spirit was definitely there!!

Friday was just a normal day of missionary work! 

Saturday we did more service for bobby ravanski helping move furniture! 

Sunday we had church and we talked about how there are lots of examples in the scriptures were miracles happen and even though people saw these miracles not all of the people had strong testimonys!  So for us to build our testimony we need to rely on faith and not miracles cause sometimes miracles don't always happen! I'm loving it out here and know this is where the lord wants me!
