Freedom And Change

This last week flew by!!! We were let out of quarantine on Wednesday which was awesome cause then we got to go to Thanksgiving!! Thanksgiving is one if my favorite holidays because you eat a ton and are just filled with gratitude! As I was doing president Nelson's challenge I thought about all the things I'm grateful for and there's a lot! And Let me tell ya I know that if you look at the good things in your life, they will outweigh the bad things! Cause that happened a lot this last week with me!

 

Thanksgiving was awesome we had it with some of our members!  They had a friendsgiving and invited us, they are all like 28-30 years old and have small kids so it was so fun!! The food was great as well! They definitely know how to cook down here in the south! After I I was done, I felt like I put on 20 pounds!!!

 

Cool miracle this week, we met this guy named Logan on Facebook he's super cool and has had a rough life.  We've done video calls with him and that's about it until Wednesday night we had a lesson with him about the gospel of Jesus Christ and invited him to be baptized by the right authority! And he was like heck ya!! Ever since then we have had lessons in-person and he came to church on Sunday!! It's crazy how the gospel can change people's life and that's why I love being a missionary because I get to see that change!:) 

 

But I'm loving it out here!! And would encourage anyone wanting to serve or considering a mission to go it's the best!!!
